When are baskets shipped?

The shipping schedule depends on when the order was placed and the shipping method selected when you placed the order. You can review the full shipping guide here.

Do you ship globally?

Currently we ship to Canada and the continental US only. Finding a service which will be affordable and fast for global orders is proving difficult for us to source.

Are your gift baskets pre-made?

NO! Each basket is made by hand when the order is processed. We believe is personalized service.

Where are your baskets made?

We're a very proud Canadian (family) owned business and all gift baskets are made in our Windsor Ontario facility.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We use Canpar and Canada Post for all deliveries.

How do you handle claims and refund requests?

Claims

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy CheerfulBaskets.com will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of CheerfulBaskets.com and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by email. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

 

 

Return Policy

Single orders, which are cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders which are cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Due to the perishable nature of the cakes and cookies, please ensure that someone will be available to receive your cake or cookie delivery on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for cakes or cookies that are damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.

All damaged shipments must be reported within 3 business days. We will make every effort to replace damaged items within this time, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame. Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

Any goods returned to CheerfulBaskets.com without prior authorization will not be refunded. The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded. All goods authorized for return by CheerfulBaskets.com, must be in their original box and in good condition. No credits or replacements will be processed, until the returned merchandise is received by us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How often do you update the website with new gift baskets?

We try to do so as often as we possibly can. This is why you'll always find new offerings as we celebrate different holidays, from the previous years. Additionally, we attend may conventions and trade shows to keep in touch with the latest trends in the industry. This is reflected in wide selection we always have available.

Coupons and discounts?

We try our best to have the most affordable and competitive prices online and this reflects in the current prices you see within our catalog. Additionally, if you're on our mailing list you'll receive the latest coupons as they become available. You can alwys contact us to request the current coupon/special we may have running.

What should I expect to receive after placing my order?

You will recieve a confirmation email from us, one from Pay Pal (payment processor) and when the order is shipped we'll email to let you know that it left of facilities and the tracking number.

Where can I check the status of my order?

What will the payment show up as on my credit card statement?

It will reflect two things; PayPal the secure payment processor and possibly "Del Media" our parent company.
